Dr. Paul E. Cutarelli offers cutting-edge LASIK eye surgery and cataract surgery to patients in the Denver area, as well as Photorefractive Keratectomy (PRK), NearVision Conductive Keratoplasty (CK), and premium intraocular lenses (IOLs). He also treats patients in need of corneal transplantation and pterygium removal, and provides routine eye care for prevention and treatment of eye disease.
Certifications/Organizations
After earning his medical degree at Case Western Reserve University, Dr. Cutarelli completed his ophthalmology residency at the internationally-renowned Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Following his residency, Dr. Cutarelli also completed a year-long corneal fellowship dedicated to refractive surgery at the Hunkeler Eye Center in Kansas City, Missouri, along with another fellowship in corneal and anterior segment surgery and ocular disease at London’s Moorfields Eye Hospital.
As one of North America’s leading board-certified eye surgeons, Dr. Cutarelli has developed his own proprietary mathematical formulas, which were created through performing over 60,000 LASIK and PRK procedures. Currently, he is a member of:

- The American Academy of Ophthalmology
Dr. Cutarelli has been consulted nationally as an expert in laser vision surgery, and has served internationally as a clinical consultant.
